Every RURU and RIRI comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. If your toy stops working as it should, contact us and we will repair or replace it.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights. If you live in the European Union, you are also protected by the legal guarantee of conformity, explained in the official notice below.

Protection under the minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods sold in the European Union
Consumers can exercise their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if the goods:
do not match the description;
do not work as intended.
Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity that exists at the time the goods are delivered and becomes apparent during the legal guarantee period. In such cases, sellers must offer:
free repair or free replacement of the goods concerned;
in some cases, a price reduction or a full refund.
In some countries, the legal guarantee period is longer. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but it cannot be less than one year.

What you can do if the goods you received are not in conformity:
contact the seller as soon as possible to report the problem;
provide proof of purchase of the goods, for example a receipt, an invoice or a bank statement.
Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently of the legal guarantee. For example, you may see the GUARANTEE label, which indicates a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no extra cost and covering the whole product.
How to make a warranty claim
If your RURU or RIRI stops working as it should, or the product you received does not match its description, contact us as soon as possible:

Please include your order number and keep your proof of purchase, for example the invoice, the order confirmation email, or a bank statement. If you can, also send us a few photos or a short video of the problem.
